微軟下世代 Windows 作業系統有望在 10 月釋出預覽版，Windows 企業技術預覽頁面上，意外曝光了下世代 Windows 作業系統的正式名稱，Windows TH 代表此前曝光的代號為 Windows Threshold 的新系統，Windows 8 用戶可免費升級至 Windows TH。
近日更新的 Windows 企業技術預覽頁面中，列出了 Windows TH 系統和一些新系統的細節，Windows TH 代表的就是 Windows 9 作業系統，開發代號為 Windows Threshold。據先前的消息顯示，微軟將在 9 月 30 日的發表會上公開 Windows TH 作業系統，10 月初釋出新系統預覽版。微軟印尼公司官員 Andreas Diantoro 透露 Windows 8 用戶可免費升級下世代 Windows 系統。
