隨著iOS6.0正式推出，已經越來越多人第一時間升級了系統，也正因為iOS6.0棄用Google Map改用全新的Apple Map而導致不滿的使用者急劇上升。主要原因是目前Apple Map的地圖資料不足，部份城市的資料更是落後數年，對著眾多的不滿的聲意，Apple終於出來說兩句，回應一下大家的顧慮。
Apple發言人透過華爾街日報旗下科技網站AllThingsD回應，目前地圖程式尚新，在首階段的功能中著重於推出Flyover(3D 樓宇)、Turn by Turn (轉彎導航) 和Siri整合等的展示。之於地圖資料，由於採用了雲端技術，日後更多使用者時資料就會更完整。意即希望大家可以多給一點耐性，讓這個新產品慢慢改善。

由上圖可見，現時眾多不同品牌的地圖應用中，只有Google的發展得最成熟，其他的地圖始終不及。各多讓你想像不到的畫面可按此看看高登網民的貼子。
如果你已升級到iOS6.0而且已經不能接受現階段的Apple Map的話，你可以選擇暫時使用其他代替App(連結按此)，或者是稍等Google為iOS推出的獨立App，有消息指已經送往Apple審批，相信很快能於App Store中下載得到。
