隨著 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 手機的電池資料被曝光，網上開始出現更多有關於 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 手機的資料。
近期有爆料表示，Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 手機的後置主鏡將提升至 2 億像素。但根據之前荷蘭科技媒體 Galaxy Club 的報道，當前 Samsung 內部測試渠道表示，Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 的現有測試機主鏡仍然為 5000萬像素。

除此之外，Samsung 其餘鏡頭可能會沿用 Galaxy Z Fold5 手機相同的 1200萬像素超廣角鏡頭和 1000 萬像素 3 倍光學長焦鏡頭。前置鏡頭會採用 400 萬像素的屏下鏡頭。從鏡頭配置上來看，Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 手機的相機規格沒有太大的改動。
