在之前報導禁用 Google Maps 在烏克蘭的實時交通數據後， 時隔那麼久後續來了。 Google 宣佈繼續為烏克蘭提供各種服務和援助。其中最新舉措之一是為烏克蘭的 Android 手機啟用快速空襲警報系統， 從而盡可能的減少傷亡。

Google 全球事務總裁 Kent Walker 在 Google 的 The Keyword 帖子中寫道：「在烏克蘭政府的要求和幫助下，我們已經開始在烏克蘭推出適用於 Android 手機的快速空襲警報系統。」 而 Google 工程 (Android) 副總裁 Dave Burke 在詳細介紹了該系統一系列推內容： 利用 Google 為地震警報構建的低延遲警報機制。 Burke 還指出，系統已經開始陸續向用戶推出，並且「將在未來幾天內針對烏克蘭的所有 Android 手機進行推廣」。

除此之外 Walker 還表示， 只從俄羅斯暫停 Google 廣告後，該公司在俄羅斯的絕大多數商業活動現在也處於暫停狀態， 不再運行了。其中包括在全球範圍內為所有俄羅斯廣告商投放的 Google 資產和網絡上的廣告、新的雲註冊、大部分服務的支付等等功能，以及俄羅斯 YouTube 觀眾的獲利功能。不過， Google 最後還是決定繼續在俄羅斯運行其免費服務， 保持著中立的狀態。 例如搜尋、 Gmail 和 YouTube 等等。 最後我們還是希望世界和平，早日結束戰爭。
