日前我們報導過 Microsoft 正出售定製 Galaxy Note 8，不過 Samsung 已經出來作出了澄清，Samsung 表示他們並沒有什麼 Microsoft Edition 的 Galaxy Note 8，究竟中間發生了什麼事情？
事件起源是 Galaxy S8 發佈初期的確 Samsung 曾透露過有 Galaxy S8 Microsoft Edition，而且當時的確有傳指這個版本的 Galaxy S8 會在 Microsoft 的店內出售。不過這個計劃最終被棄掉。
而外謀 Windows Central 向 Microsoft 查詢後得知所謂的 Galaxy S8 Microsoft Edition 只是 Microsoft 為他們客戶提供的訓練版本，客戶可在上面預裝有 Microsoft 多個他們的軟件。亦即是說是 Microsoft 自己為客人定製安裝程式的版本而非 Samsung 與 Microsoft 合作推出的版本。
Samsung 聲明原文：
Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, and Galaxy Note8 devices are available in the Microsoft online and retail stores with a unique Microsoft experience which ensures their customers, particularly small-to-midsize business owners and entrepreneurs, a best-in-class productivity experience. There is not a ‘Microsoft Edition’ brand of any Samsung Galaxy products.
不過由傳出到現在已經半年之久，Microsoft 亦這樣銷售了半年，這麼久 Samsung 才作出澄清聲明的確是耐人尋味啊。
