iOS 9.0 的測試版雖然已經推出了一個月，但過去由Beta 1 至 昨天推出的Beta 3仍是只限擁有開發帳戶的桯式員安裝。對於沒有測試者帳號，而又想不用經過其他偏門途徑安裝的話，現在就可以啦，因為Apple今日正式開發iOS 9.0的首個公測版，亦即是Beta 3！
想要安裝公測版的話，有數個步驟是要做的，只要跟著以下的步驟做即可：
1. 進入 Apple Beta Software Program 網站，將現用的Apple ID登記一下。
2. 已登記或完成登記後，在iPhone/iPad/iPod上，使用Safari進入：beta.apple.com/profile
下載一個設定檔 Profile
3. 完成安裝設定檔之後，進入系統設定－＞一般－＞系統更新，就可以看到
