在加洲的 Samsung 和 Apple 訴訟中， Apple 要求把Galaxy Note 10.1 和 Galaxy Nexus 的 Android 4.1 系統加入侵權的訴訟中。
這樣看來， Apple 現在很可能把整個Android的系統都拉入訴訟當中，但實際上， Apple 其實一早就有如此的計劃。從訴訟開始的當天， Apple 控訴的八個專利侵權，到現在，Galaxy Nexus 已經升級到Android 4.1了，當初的侵權設計早已蕩然無存。簡單來說吧， Apple 就是「你有你更新軟件，我有我繼續控告」。今天， Apple 把Galaxy Note 10.1加入到訴訟的範圍內，但是Galaxy Note 10.1 還沒在美國發布。這就是表明 Apple 目的已經不是在專利的侵權訴訟，而是直接想阻礙 Samsung 在美國的發展。
